Silva Family
We’re Silva co. a family business that has been working alongside Egyptian nature for more than 40 years to provide a wide variety of fresh frozen fruits and vegetables, with Egypt’s magnificent weather and fertile soil irrigated by the nourishing water of the Nile river, we offer the best quality of fresh frozen fruits and vegetables to people all over the world.
In 1979 Mr. Essam Adly planted the first seed of one of the largest refrigerated warehouses, with a storing capacity of 4000 tons.
In 2008 he collaborated with Mr. Michel Adly & Mr. Karim Adly and gathered a group of experienced and talented employees to launch the prominent brand “Silva”, which guaranteed a consistent distinguished level of production, with premium products that are aligned with global quality standards. Silva’s fascinating success encouraged us to launch our latest brand “Mika” in 2015 to satisfy more tastes globally.
Silva strengths
We have worked our way to home tables in a short time period thanks to our factory location; surrounded by vast farms which guarantee that the crops reach our factory in its freshest condition, to go through the processes of peeling, sorting, washing, blanching, and freezing at a record speed while assigning the required time for each stage.
Our enormous refrigerated warehouse is located within our factory to ensure ideal storing conditions for our products.
At Silva, we act sustainably and maintain hygienic practices in every step of our production process and our supply chain operations, to provide the freshest, cleanest, and healthiest farm produces from our family to other families all over the world.
